                     [Prelude]

I had a dream, the other night, that I didn't understand.

   A figure walked up through the mist with a flintlock in his hand.

His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed.

   He took off his three-cornered hat and, speaking low to me,
                                                      he said:

"We fought the Revolution to secure our liberty.

   We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny.

For future generations, this legacy we gave

   In this, the land of the free and the home of the brave.

The freedoms that we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep.

   But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep.

Your freedom is gone. Your courage is lost. You're no more than
                                                        a slave.

   In this, the land of the free and the home of the brave.

You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun;

   permits to own a business, or to start a place for one.

On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent,

   Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent.

Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate.

   And your religious values can't be taught -- according to the
                                                           state.
You read about the current news in a regulated Press.

   And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the I.R.S.

Your money is no longer made of silver, nor of gold.

   You trade your wealth for paper, so your life can be controlled.

You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God in shame.

   You've taken Satan's [SS] number and traded in your name.

You've given Government control to those who do you harm,

   So that they can burn down churches and seize the family farm.

They keep our country deep in debt; put men of God in jail,

   Harrass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail.

Your "public servants" don't uphold the solemn oath they've sworn.

   And your daughters visit doctors so your children won't be born.

Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores.

   They send your sons to their slaughter, fighting other people's
                                                             wars.
Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died?

   Or don't you have the courage and faith to stand with pride?

And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save?

   Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be enslaved?

Oh, sons of the Republic, arise and take a stand.

   Defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the Land.

Preserve our great Republic and each God-given right.

   And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright."


As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came.

   His words were true: we are not free,

But we have ourselves to blame.

   For even now, as tyrants trample each God-given right,

We only watch and tremble -- too afraid to stand and fight.

   If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep,

And wondered what remains of the freedom that he had fought to keep,

   What would be your answer, if he called out from the grave?

"This is still `the land of the free and the home of the brave'".

Well, our first subject today is something that is very interesting.
If you think your kids are safe from the New World Order
indoctrination ... and, of course, it isn't done in a parasubliminal
fashion, ladies and gentlemen ..... what about Nintendo games? A lot
of you have a Nintendo machine in your own house, and probably, a
lot of you play those games. Well, if you'd like to find out a
little more, and if you haven't done it yourself because you're not
familiar with toys, perhaps you should ask your children to plug in
one of those little game cartridges and take a look at any one of
these four games: AREA EIGHTY-EIGHT, STRIKE EAGLE, U.N. SQUADRON,
and, of course, one of the very popular ones, TURN AND BURN. All of
these are U.N.-based programs. Interestingly enough, in the last
one, in one of the scenarios inside the exercise, TURN AND BURN, a
U.S. pilot has stolen a spy plane. Your mission, as a U.N. pilot, is
to SHOOT HIM DOWN, making sure, of course, that this airplane does
not fall into the hands of those "rebel American forces."

Ahh, you didn't think they would have that out there. And there are
lots of little rewards from the U.N. as you boost yourself up
through the command structure and you eventually help to defeat the
United States of America.  Won't you feel proud when your kid is
indoctrinated that way?

Perhaps it's a good idea that you take a look at what has been
coming in through the toy box lately. That would be a good idea.

Now, we also have .... and each day we're going to try to include
this .... a comment from our founding fathers. This one is very
pertinent to today's events:

  "Before a standing army or a tyrannical government can rule, the
   people MUST BE DISARMED, as they are in almost every kingdom in
   Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws
   by the sword because the whole body of the people are armed, and
   they constitute a force superior to any band of regular or
   professional troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the
   United States."

Now, ladies and gentlemen, he was one of the founding fathers, who
understood very well the threat to the United States from foreign
powers, but who also understood the possibility of a threat from
within. Centralized powers with total control: the "velvet glove on
the iron fist" [a term from President Reagan]. It goes by a hundred
different names in history, and several of them are more recently.
The bottom line is this: The New World Order has a Third Reich odor,
and it's a good idea to pay attention to it. Noah Webster, in 1787,
understood it. And in 1994, going into 1995, I think you will too.

  "The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the People
   of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping
   their own arms."

Ladies and gentlemen, if you would like more information on this ...
this is an exciting document that most of you probably haven't read
... you need to look at the Federalist Papers, which the Supreme
Court has already deemed to be THE INTENT OF THE FRAMERS OF THE
CONSTITUTION AND THE BILL OF RIGHTS. And the Constitution is only as
good as you and I make it -- when WE BACK IT!  Not the paper itself,
but the people who stand up for the documents, representing both the
states and these United States as a consortium known as The
Republic. So, if you can, when you get a chance, the Federalist
Papers are a good option. And every day, I'm going to try to cover
a little bit of them, if I can.

John, we've got a subject, of course, that is near and dear to OUR
hearts, coming out of the D.O.D. [Department of Defense]. Don't we?

JOHN STADTMUELLER:
Yes. This is about the Twentynine Palms [California Marine base]
questionaire, wherein a series of forty-six questions [were asked of
our boys], the last of which was very interesting.
[When] even assault weapons are, of course, banned, there is an
[intended] amnesty period in which to turn them in. If citizens
do not turn in their weapons, [the question posed to
U.S. Marines was]:

   "Would you be willing to shoot American citizens."


JOHN STADTMUELLER:
Now, there was an inquiry [about this questionaire] from J. Bennett
Johnston[sp]. He is a United States senator. And there is a return
letter to him, and it was from T.P. Cook, Major, U.S. Marine Corps,
Assistant Staff Judge Advocate for Military Law, by direction of the
Commandant of the Marine Corps. That, in itself, takes up half a
page.  Very briefly, their response was:

   "The survey was administered on May 10, 1994, 8:00 A.M. to 3:30
    P.M., in the base theater, by Lieutenant Commander Guy
    Cunningham, U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Lieutenant Commander
    Cunningham is a student at the Naval Post-Graduate School in
    Monterey, California. He received approval, to conduct the
    survey, from the former public affairs officer at the Marine
    Corps Air-Ground Combat Center."

   "The public affairs officer did not review the questions prior to
    the survey actually taking place, nor was a copy of the survey
    provided to the chief-of-staff or the commanding general of the
    combat center."

   "Lieutenant Commander Cunningham's intent was to survey Marines
    who are veterans of Operation Desert Storm or Operation Restore
    Hope."

That was Somalia. That was kind of hopeLESS, actually.

   "The Marines who completed the survey were members of the
    Seventh Marine Regiment, and all volunteered to take the
    survey."

Now, Mark, I remember when I was in the Military, if they asked me
to do anything at all, I was there for it, as long as it didn't
involve work.

   "According to Lieutenant Commander Cunningham, the purpose of the
    survey was to gather information that he would use in preparing
    his thesis for an advanced degree at the Naval Post-Graduate
    School. His thesis deals with non-traditional roles of the
    Military, including United Nations operations, and it was
    approved by his course advisors."

   "The survey did not suggest approval or implementation of any of
    the missions or activities questioned."

   "Once his thesis is complete and unclassified, Lieutenant
    Commander Cunningham will be given the opportunity to
    provide background information on the survey."

   "The projected time frame for the release is December of
    1994."

Well, we are IN December of 1994.

  [JD: Does anyone out there know if Cunningham's background
   information report has been released, now that we are just
   about into 1995?]

For anybody interested out there -- I'm sure that the response and
the thesis can be given to Senator Johnston. It can also be acquired
by any public citizen. You might want to call John Sanders. He is
the Naval post-Graduate acting adjutant lieutenant. And he is
Commander Cunningham's point man. He can be reached at
[phone]. So, you might want to get this young man's "thesis".

MARK KOERNKE:
And I'm amazed, in the first place -- why would the young commanders
think that this should be classified, ladies and gentleman. THIS IS
AMAZING !!  After all, I thought it was just a c~o~l~l~e~g~e
document.  You had all of YOUR college papers classified when you
were in school. Didn't you, John? 8-)

JOHN STADTMUELLER:
Actually, I never went to college.

MARK KOERNKE:
Well, thank goodness. Then you wouldn't have had to worry about it.
In high school, your papers were classified only at the "sensitive"
level. Right? 8-)

JOHN STADTMUELLER:
That's right.

A little intelligence update here. This happened in Dupage County,
in Lombard, Illinois. FEMA [Federal Emergency Management Agency] and
the [Lombard] police department were checking for DWIs [people
driving while intoxicated], drivers' licenses, registration, and
also for weapons. This was a warrantless search -- spot check.
People were just being pulled over. This happened at the
intersection of Roosevelt and Ardmore, in Lombard, Illinois.
And this took place on December 2, 1994, from 10:00 P.M. to
4:00 A.M.

So, folks -- gee, you're not even safe in your own car anymore.

A few years ago, they attempted to [set up] drunk drivers check
points, and, in Michigan, it was voted down as being
unConstitutional, even when the big push was being made by Mothers
Against Drunk Drivers. That was voted down, but, along with this,
one might note that, even at that time when they attempted it, if
there was anything that the officer deemed [suspected, rather]
inappropriate, such as drugs or the possibility of weapons, they
would remove you from the car and search it anyhow.

MARK KOERNKE:
Exactly.  In fact, we've seen tests of this type -- or "probes"
.... You know what "probe" means, ladies and gentlemen, if you've
ever been in the hospital.  We've seen probes of this type across
the United States, in which they've tried to violate our
Constitution and, obviously, get us used to checkpoints. You know,
there was "checkpoint Charlie" in [Berlin] Germany [at the border of
the U.S.-conrolled sector], there are infranational checkpoints
inside communist Russia, in which, of course, you had to have an
"internal passport" to move from point A to point B.  It's not that
anything has changed. It's just that you're getting to see it
close-up now, inside these United States, or the states of AmeriKa
-- with a "K", John?

JOHN STADTMILLER:
With a "K", Mark. We're heading that way very quickly. And for those
people out there who think we have time: We have no time. They are
moving very, very quickly.

A program note here. Actually, there was a gentleman who contacted
me the other day. He felt that this is important that we put this out.
This is for chem[ical protection] suits. All sizes: small, medium, large,
extra large and extra-extra large. And also, gas masks. Just in case
you want to feel protected, give this guy a call at 1(800) 424-7870.
They have suits and masks to fit from children up to the largest
adults. Call for prices and availability. There are no more of these
things being allowed to be imported into the United States. Of what
is in the United States right now, the reserves are drying up fast.
I would suggest that this is a very important piece or item for your
peace and security.

MARK KOERNKE:
And remember, of course, typically, whatever resources you can draw
from, no matter what they are -- prepare now. We've warned people
time and again. And, basically, look at it as an insurance policy.
I know we're getting close to Christmas. And, in fact, the other
side enjoys the thought that perhaps we go into brainlock at this
time of the year.

  "Oh, rather than just mess up everybody's mind, let's just ignore
   the world and get into the h~o~l~i~d~a~y  s~p~i~r~i~t."

Well, don't think that the other side isn't looking at that, also.
So we need to pay attention. Most assuredly, we should enjoy the
holidays and enjoy our families, and remember WHAT the holiday is
all about: Merry Christmas -- you know, the birth of Christ.
Yeah, thats right. It's not Santa Claus. It's something else.

JOHN STADTMILLER:
Oh, you mean talking about putting a little bit more Christ in your
Christmas?

MARK KOERNKE:
Yes. Thank you.  And for that reason, ladies and gentleman, which is
where you should be looking -- gifts are not as important as is the
spirit and the heart of the event. And, for that reason, I think we
can restructure things a little more efficiently. And take a look at
what's happening -- what's coming up just this next year; in fact,
maybe sooner, depending upon the New World Order's attitude.

Obviously, "the Gunewt" ... I'm sorry -- "the Newt" [Congressman Newt
Grinch], as we call him .... He's kind of like a rock star. Isn't
he, John? .... "The Newt," of course, has promised us much, but he
isn't giving us anything. In fact, our latest gift from "the Newt"
and many others, including [Senator] Bob Dole [of Kansas] -- that
New World Order crowd -- has been the GATT Treaty.  Now isn't it
amazing? The people [politicians] whom we just fired, just dumped on
us that way! I don't think that's a surprise to anybody out there.
Perhaps it can be considered their type of revenge. Since we didn't
vote them in as new electees, their purpose is to threaten us,
terrorize us and, of course, in one way, shape or form, give us that
one last back-stab before they leave office: They give us "the
GATT". Hey, wait a minute. Think about that: "GATT". Isn't that what
they used to call a small handgun under the seat of a taxi cab in
New York? A belly gun, as we used to call it too. Well, I think
that's appropriate because that's exactly where they're going with
this one: under the belt.

So, if you can, As we've asked, time and again: Prepare for the
worst. You won't be disappointed. With regard to food stores,
materiel, resources and information, we want to make sure that those
people who are listening are prepared.

Here's an interesting little item that was sent over to M.O.M.
[Militia of Montana] here. It is from Labor and Industry, Daily
Mail. This was sent from the old unemployment office which is now
called a "job center".  The title of this little article is
"Make Change Work for You."  It goes as follows:

   "Attitude toward change is important. Some employees try to
    resist it. Firmly entrenched in the old ways, they hope that
    `the New Order' will leave them unaffected. When the winds of
    change blow through your agency, it is helpful to become an
    agent of that change to help contribute to it's successful
    implementation, whether it is down-sizing, a merger, relocating
    or adapting to new technology, you will want to be part of the
    solution, rather than being part of the problem. These
    suggestions will help you become a player. Embrace the `New
    Order' by taking ownership of changes. You will find yourself
    contributing to solutions, rather than merely underscoring
    problems."

[JD: Okay. Here's a contribution to a solution. Help starve the corporate
 beast of The New World Order by publicizing a boycott of Coca-Cola,
 Pepsi-Cola and all those unhealthy sodas that leach out into your
 drink carcinogenic plastics from their bottles and Alzheimer's
 Disease-inducing aluminum from their cans. In your boycott
 campaign, provide a healthy substitute for these toxic sodas by
 teaching your fellow Americans how to juice organic fruits for
 their personal consumption, and even to earn money by selling these
 juices to people in their communities. Put the money in your own
 pockets. Stop paying out your money to the corporations of the New
 World Order. Stop enriching them toward their goal of enslaving
 you and your children.]

   "Make the changes part of your job description, as you become an
    active member of the winning team. Do not be inconvenienced. As
    changes are implemented, some things are bound to go wrong.
    So, it it important to accept glitches as inevitable. Put these
    behind you, and take solace in positive trade-offs. Keep a check
    on your feelings. It is easy to be a nay-sayer about change.
    Instead, try to generate optimism and enthusiasm. Manintain a
    positive attitude. Learn to grow. Change can offer an
    opportunity for personal growth. Use the `New Order' as the
    benchmark to develop new skills -- to reach inside yourself for
    new traits. Be willing to scrap bad habits and attitudes that no
    longer fit, and expand those that do.  Relieve stress. Physical
    exercise can help overcome anxieties about change. So can a
    sense of humor when you learn to laugh instead of being angry at
    disrupting aspects of change."

MARK KOERNKE:
Now remember, ladies and gentlemen: When you're starving and you
have very few calories, do another twenty push-ups, and laugh while
you're doing it -- while you're standing in the unemployment line.
Don't you just love this?

JOHN STADTMILLER:

   "And last, but not least: Anticipate a change. By remaining one
    step ahead of inevitable changes, you will be more able to adapt
    to `the New Oder'. Be proactive in inventing the future for
    yourself."

Thank you, Tom, for sending this over to us. This was dated
Thursday, September 29, 1994.  It just makes me feel warm all under.
Doesn't it, Mark?

MARK KOERNKE:
Yeah. I'll just tell you what I remember from my youth:
The New Order on the left is now the New Order on the right. If we
get down on our knees, we won't be fooled again.

"THE NEW _____ ORDER!" It's like if they decide to take one word out
of the term, we might not be able to figure out what's going on.

For that reason, again, as we've asked: pay attention, ladies and
gentlemen. There's a lot of literature and information out there
that you can draw from.

We're going to cover a very interesting piece that we received from
Atlanta, Georgia, and also a follow-up to it that makes a great deal
of sense. And we want you to start looking for [indications of it].
But, in your own local papers, you may see things that you ASSUME
are [reported] all across the country. DON'T do that! If you see
something about Russian forces .... because we've seen this, and we
have copies from [local newspapers] all over the nation ....
If you see pieces on U.S. Military activities that just don't seem
quite right, if you would, make a photocopy, or send us the original
at the addresses that we usually quote over this program.

Or, if you can, send them to other patriots, if nothing else.
They'll know how to get them to us. But the idea is that we can
transfer your [local] information [nationwide]. We are all being
regionally controlled. And much of what you may see in your "REGION"
-- in other words, your state within a "region" -- is more than
likely being kept right there and is tailored specifically to
condition you and to manipulate the population in a certain way,
through social engineering. And, for that reason, if you can find
the time to generate an extra copy, SEND  IT  TO  US ! We will put
it on THE INTELLIGENCE REPORT. We've got a lot of great stuff like
this laying around.

MARK KOERNKE:
And when we read these [local reports sent to us], sometimes we
laugh, but we also know full well that the other side is very VERY
serious. And a lot of what we're talking about here is right out of
George Orwell's "1984". If you haven't read it in awhile, here's
your homework assignment for tonight. Go home and read "1984";
read the appendices. And when you're done, you tell me what kind of
an environment you are living in right now, especially  watching
about one hour's worth of the boob tube this evening. Anybody who
watches ABC-TV, NBC, CBS or even CNN knows full well what we're
talking about. And don't think that the mass media doesn't know.

JOHN STADTMILLER:
One program note, here: We're going to be at Great Falls, Montana

MARK KOERNKE:
And, of course, just as we know that changes are coming inside the
United States and across the Globe -- I most assuredly believe that
-- some of these changes are not exactly what the New World Order
had in mind for the United States. Thank goodness for the Patriot
Movement and the way that it's going, because it's not just in one
state. It's not just in twelve or thirteen states. It all across
these United States, from Anchorage, Alaska to the southern part of
Florida; from Connecticut to southern California. People are in
motion now. And they ARE preparing.

Preparing for what? Well, actually, it's becoming a life-style. Much
as our founding fathers and all our prior generations were able to
prepare for the upcoming season, for a time when there would be,
perhaps, hard times, an insurance policy was put in place. That's
why a lot of you need to get in motion now. You need to prepare
educationally. You need to make sure that, physically, you are in
motion. We want to make sure that we start to intercommunicate.
One of the advantages that we have in the Patriot mechanism and the
way that it has been going is that people are talking to people
again. We see this time and again.

In fact, even on planes, we notice this more so with the
up-and-coming middle class -- or perhaps what some people like to
jokingly call "yuppies". When you get on an airplane nowadays, I
challenge you to look around at the people and their attitudes. Even
the stewardesses are becoming, shall we say, aggressive.

JOHN STADTMILLER:
Well, short-tempered, at the very least.

MARK KOERNKE:
Part of the problem there is that people, especially in the business
set, know that there are problems, know that there are things that
are taking place. More and more, they're confining themselves and
isolating themselves from the population.  This is not accidental.
It's part of the social engineering plan. After all:
  "I've got mine. You don't deserve yours."

JOHN STADTMILLER:
I may be incorrect on this, but I believe this is on American
Airlines now where they actually tell the stewardesses not to bother
the first-class passengers. They are told: If the passengers
initiate conversation, that's fine. But do not approach them. Just
serve the drinks and, basically, shut up.

MARK KOERNKE:
And so, what we're dealing with here again -- this is a reflection
.... Not having flown for a number of years, and back when I was in
the Military in the late `70s and in the early 80s, when we got
aboard a plane, especially a night flight, it was almost a party.
And it became a regular event. People were speaking to people. Card
games would break out. Things of that nature. The stewardesses were
actually quite cordial.

What is interesting -- in the last year, since we've been flying
more and more around the nation -- what we're seeing is kind of a
reflection of the attitude of the population, in general. People are
closing in on themselves. There is this attitude that there is a
constant confrontation or an aggressiveness involved in
person-to-person contact. Now, at first, it was basically in
passengers who had this shell attitude; whereas, we have seen, just
in the last six months, this is, more and more, rubbing off on the
passengers and crew. And the crew itself is affected by it.

JOHN STADTMILLER:
After I got a major [bad] attitude from one of the stewardesses,
after they got done throwing the peanuts and the soda pop, I went
back to the rear of the plane. And, instead of directing my
conversation to the stewardess who was giving me the major attitude,
I directed it to another stewardess. And she admitted that just a
few days earlier they were talking about the exact same thing: how
people seem edgey. They really don't want to be bothered. As this
conversation that I had with the stewardess progressed, the other
stewardess, who had the major attitude with me, turned and looked at
me and said:
   "Well, what can we do?"
And when I looked at her directly in her face, she had tears in her
eyes. This woman was full of anguish. She was full of fear. She
didn't know where it was coming from, how it was being delivered at
her doorstep, or what made her feel the way she was feeling.
But she was upset!

The point of the story is that people are being affected. They are
being bitten from every side. They don't know where to put their
finger on it. They are being lied to. They are confused. Their
resources are being taken right out of their pockets. We have a
Government that spends more money, but accomplishes less and less.
And things are turning upside-down and on their ear.

MARK KOERNKE:
What is rather amazing to me is, having worked in a college ....
We're seeing a variation on this. You'll remember when the Emperor
Clintonus Maximasaurus was in front of the population, he was in
front of a group of college students. And, unfortunately, he was
making the wrong statement ... And these are people who have
[pictures of] Maseratis and BMWs on their walls.
And it was interesting. He said:

   "Well, these students will be happy with making A LOT LESS,
    but they'll be working in JOBS THEY LIKE!"

I watched every kid, who was clapping in the back behind him, stop
clapping, and they kind of looked at each other like,

   "WHAT DID HE SAY??"

That's right. Remember, those paper Maseratis aren't going to go
very far down the road, and neither will these, shall we say, mock
wages. As a friend of mine said, "How many `attaboys' does it take
to buy a cup of coffee.?"   We haven't found an "attaboy" yet that
will buy anything.

And so, for that reason, as we've challenged everybody: it IS going
to get worse. That doesn't mean we have to panic, set our hair
on fire and run down the street naked with a firearm in our hand.
Oh, no-no-no. We don't want reaction. We want response. That means
we first have to understand and identify the threat, be capable of
coming up with solutions when the time comes, and effectively
execute (no pun intended) those solutions, and possibly, we have to
come up with what is necessary AT the spur-of-the-moment. That's why
there is a need for us to lay down these ideas now.

We also need to be prepared so we don't constantly look over our
shoulders and worry about our families, about our loved ones. Many
people are going to have to leave their homes and go to perform
tasks and missions in both the militia and as part of the
infrastructure. That means they won't wither when the time comes.
When that takes place, you have to be able to store some bullets and
beans, clothing; we're talking about food storage, in general;
water storage. In addition to that, we're talking about having the
capability to both develop and promote an infrastructure when the
other one doesn't work. We will need some paper currency, some
wafered coin and, of course, as we've discussed time and time again,
some bullion, some hard currency: silver and some gold, some
platinum. That's why we highly recommend that you diversify. The
sharks do. You should too. Never will you see a Rockefeller invest
in nothing but oil. They diversify across the breadth and width of
industry and, in order to get the resources that are available, they
are constantly manipulating them. For that reason, you have to be
able to roll with the punches.

JOHN STADTMILLER:

and sisters in Canada, from the Central Americas: Guatemala and so
forth. We're getting cards and letters from England, from Australia,
from Saudi Arabia. There are some military personnel over there who
listen to the program. They're istening to the home guard. We're on
the march and we're on the move. We're doing the best we can.
